Your Executive Committee have been reviewing the Club finances over the past few months and, while we remain a vibrant and active Club, we face the same challenge of increased costs that many organisations need to address.
We project an increase of 9% in our costs to run the Club and so to meet this and continue to allow the Club to prosper and re-invest in the facility, we have approved an increase in session prices to the new rates shown below. These increases will support this year’s work of replacing fencing and barriers as well as matting on the nursery slope, maintaining a good ski surface, as part of an on-going mat replacement programme.
Our comparison with other similar organisations across the country still indicates that we represent excellent value for money, with access to great facilities, free parking, quality and dedicated Instructors, Coaches, and staff.
The small increases we are implementing will continue to allow us to remain one of the best dry slopes in the country, to attract prestige events to the Club, and most importantly, maintain a great slope for the benefit of you, the members.
