Corporate, School or Organised Social Group Bookings
To organise a bespoke corporate, school or organised social group function, please email moc.stropswonsklofronnull@sgnikoobpuorg with your preferred date and time options, your exact number of attendees and your telephone number.
What can be included in my bespoke booking?
- Activity package (such as tubing, skiing, snowboarding)
- Function room hire (charged at an hourly rate)
- Catering package (hot or cold food)

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring decorations?
You are welcome to bring small decorations for your table but please ensure you take these with you when you leave.
Can I bring candles?
You may bring regular cake candles (no sparkler candles though!)
Are you serving food?
Yes! The times can be found on the menu or at the top of this page. These times may be subject to change so please check with us via telephone before you visit if you wish to eat. Dietary alternatives are subject to availability.
Can I pre-order food for a party?
Yes, if you are booking our Tubing Party Package. Party Package upgrades can be purchased through the reception team and you will then receive a questionnaire with your booking confirmation (due at least 10 days in advance) to note down allergies, dietary alternatives and other information.
Can I bring my own food?
No, we do not permit external catering to be brought onto the premises.
Will we be the only group in the function room during a Party Package?
If you have booked one table (there are two available at a time), it is very likely there will be other groups in the room at the same time as you, especially at peak tubing times. If you have reserved the whole function room, you will have exclusive use of both tables and the room. Please note, other customers may use the toilets that are accessible from the function room.
Can I set up the table before the reservation?
Unfortunately, as there are usually multiple bookings throughout the day, you will only be able to access your table at the specified time. If you wish to book a longer slot, please speak to the team when booking to check availability.
Do I need to bring plates/cutlery?
Yes, you will need to bring anything you wish to use during your booking. This includes extra plates, cutlery, napkins and a knife/spatula if you have birthday cake!
How do we access the room?
When it is time for your table or room reservation, please check in with the bar staff and they will direct you to your table.
