Guaranteed to have a great time, tubing is ideal for groups, parties, team building or just family fun. Anyone aged 6 and over can do it!
All tubing sessions consist of a collection from your designated pickup point to allocate helmets and attend your safety briefing (15 minutes), before a 45-minute fun activity time – 1 hour in total!

TUBING PARTIES
Upgrade to a ‘Party Package’ to take the stress away from planning the big day! Tubing is the perfect activity for a birthday and now you can opt for a food and drink add-on to complete the party experience!
Up to 2 packages are bookable during a time slot, each one caters for up to 10 people.
What's Included?
A 45-minute reservation on a table in our spacious function room overlooking the slopes
A yummy ‘Ultimate Party Platter’ for up to 10 people (sausages, chicken nuggets, beef burgers, hot chips – gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options available)
2 jugs of squash for the table
How Much?
Each party package costs £70 for up to 10 children (this is in addition to the Tubing cost of £17 per person)
For use of both tables in our function room, the cost is £140 but you can bring up to 20 children!
How Do I Request My Food Options?
Upon completing your booking, you will be asked to fill out a mandatory questionnaire. Party organisers can then choose the ‘style’ of their platter and request dietary options if needed. Please email us a populated ‘Tubing Party Package Dietary Form’ if any of your dietary requirements change after the questionnaire has been submitted (forms/questionnaires required at least 7 days in advance)
If organisers do not request their preferred platter ‘style’ and dietary options at least 7 days in advance, a Mixed Meats with Chips platter will be provided (without gf/ve/v options)
How Do I Book?
To book, simply call our Reception team. Please be prepared to book your Tubing session online during your call. We will then send you a payment link for your party package
All time slots have been arranged to fit in with our tubing schedule, are set in advance and can’t be changed – they are available on a first come, first served basis
Party Packages are 45 minutes long and start at the following times:
Friday: 18:15, 19:30
Saturday: 10:45, 11:45, 12:45, 13:45, 14:45, 15:45, 16:45, 17:45
Sunday: 11:45, 12:45, 13:45, 14:45, 15:45, 16:45, 17:45
FAQs & GENERAL INFO
How much does it cost?
Tubing is £17 per person. Party packages are £70 each (for up to 10 people) and 2 packages are bookable per time slot. For parties of 11 or 12, please contact reception as our team may be able to add a space at each end of your table for an extra £7 per person.

How do I book?
Give our friendly reception team a call on 01603 662781 to book your Party Package upgrade. Please be prepared to book your tubing session online whilst talking to our team, and we can organise for a payment link to be sent to you for you party package add-on.
What happens after I book?
You will be sent a confirmation email from us with all the relevant information, including a mandatory questionnaire to request your preferred platter ‘style’ and to inform us of any dietary requirements and a link to the Party Pre-Order Form (which you will only need to fill in if there are any changes to your required dietary options after submitting your questionnaire answers) to send to moc.stropswonsklofronnull@noitpecer – this must be received at least 7 days before your party. The email will also contain a link to our downloadable invitations.
What happens if I don’t give in our platter ‘style’ preference or dietary requirements?
Your group will receive a standard (no gf/ve/v options) Mixed Meat with Chips platter if no specification of platter ‘style’ or notation of dietary requirements is provided to us via the questionnaire (sent upon completion of your party package booking) with at least 7 days notice of the date of your booking.
Can I bring decorations?
You are welcome to bring small decorations for your table but please ensure you take these with you when you leave. You will only be able to access your table at the start of your booked slot, so please leave any items in your car until that time.
Can I bring candles and cake?
You may bring regular cake candles but no sparkler candles are allowed on the premises. Please also remember to bring matches or a lighter. If you are bringing a cake, you will need to bring plates or napkins, cutlery and a knife to cut your cake. Please note, we are unable to provide you with a knife to cut the cake.
Will we be the only group in the room?
If you have booked one Party Package (for up to 10 people), it is likely there will be another group in the room at the same time, especially at peak tubing times. If you have booked both Party Packages (for up to 20 people), you will have use of both tables in the function room to yourselves!
Can I set up the table before the reservation?
Unfortunately, as there are usually multiple bookings throughout the day, you will only be able to access your table at the specified time. If you wish to book a double slot, please speak to the team when booking to check availability.
Can we leave decorations/party bags/cake whilst we tube?
As we have multiple bookings throughout the day and the room is open to all customers, we ask that you leave everything in your car whilst you are tubing. You can then bring in your items at the start of your party slot.
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend bringing a spare change of clothes for after your activity, as we require all participants to be fully covered during slope time and they may get warm.
How do we access the room?
When it is time for your Party Package, please check in with the bar staff and they will direct you to your table.

At what age can you tube?
The minimum age for tubing is 6, but there is no maximum age!
How long does it last?
The tubing session length is 1 hour – this includes 15 minutes for kitting up and the mandatory safety brief, then 45 minutes slope time!
What time do we need to arrive?
We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before your session time.
Upon arrival, please check in at reception. You will then be directed up to the bar where the supervisors will collect you at your session start time for helmet collection and the safety brief. You’ll then be on the slope ready for 45 minutes of tubing!
How far in advance can I book?
It is a very popular activity, so if you are wanting to book a particular date, booking ahead is advisable so you can secure your spaces!
Can I book a party?
You can book online or via reception for as many spaces as we have available (up to 20 on a usual session but you don’t need to book them all!).
Our party package upgrades are available for up to 20 children. This food and drink add-on is at an additional cost to the tubing price. See the Tubing Parties section for more information!
Tubing is a great activity for stag or hen do’s as well!

Is there a weight limit?
No! We have 2 sizes of tubes, but you do need to sit in the tube (not balanced on top) and you need to be able to get up out of your tube independently.
What do I need to wear?
All tubers must have their arms, legs and midriff covered and wear sensible closed shoes. Check out the the What to Wear section below for more information.
How many people can book?
Each session has 20 spaces. You can book online for as many spaces as we have available!

Can I book a corporate function?
Yes! Tubing is a great activity for corporate events and work parties. We can also offer function room hire and food and drink packages.
